    Our sales staff and shop floor review machinability, materials, and setup. If anything in the drawing is unclear, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm.

    We reply with price, delivery, and recommended materials together. We may also include cost-down alternatives in shape or material (VA/VE).

  4. Delivery by arrangement

    Order, Production & Delivery

    Production begins after your approval. Parts are inspected on a coordinate measuring machine and delivered with JIS Q 9100-compliant traceability records.

Can I order just one piece, or just a prototype?
Yes. We accept orders from a single prototype. A difficult-machining consultation alone is also welcome.
Can you machine material that I supply?
Yes, we can machine customer-supplied material. Please note the details in the remarks field and consult with us.
I don't have a drawing yet—can I still consult you?
You can consult us from a rough sketch or a photo of an actual part. We can also handle the work starting from CAD design.
Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. Please note this in the remarks field. We will proceed after concluding one.
How long does a quotation reply take?
As a rule, we reply within 3 business days. If you are in a hurry, please call us.
